1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of United States and Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of miraDry are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Participants must follow the official entry instructions provided on Instagram.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a complimentary miraDry treatment.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative treatments.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via direct message within 5 business days of the giveaway closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 7 business days, another winner may be selected at miraDry’s discretion.

5. Location & Accessibility Disclaimer

The treatment must be redeemed at a participating miraDry location.
It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm their proximity to an available treatment location.
If the winner is not located near a participating location, miraDry is not responsible for providing travel, accommodations, or alternative prize options.

6. Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless miraDry, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, injury, or loss related to the giveaway or treatment.
The miraDry treatment is a medical procedure with potential risks and contraindications. The winner must consult with a licensed miraDry provider to determine eligibility. miraDry is not responsible for medical decisions made by the provider.

7. Publicity Consent

By accepting the prize, the winner grants miraDry permission to use their name, likeness, and any related content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

miraDry reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
